About Munira & Hamzah
What is Munira & Hamzah?
We are a family-run business based in Dos Hermanas (Seville, Spain), specializing in handcrafted accessories: hand-painted fans, silk scarves, leather goods, and jewelry. We design and make our own collections.
What products do you offer?
Our catalog includes four main lines: hand-painted artisan fans; silk, modal, and wool scarves in exclusive collections (Mosaicos de al-Ándalus, Ikat, Pintores, Art Nouveau, Arte Turco); leather goods (bags, wallets, notebooks); and handcrafted designer jewelry.
Where are you located?
Our headquarters are in Dos Hermanas, Seville. We don’t have a physical store open to the public, but we ship throughout mainland Spain, the Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, Portugal, and the rest of the European Union, as well as the USA, Canada, and Australia. Registration and access
Who can buy on the website?
Our online store is exclusively for industry professionals (shops, boutiques, distributors). To see prices and place orders you need to register and be approved as a professional customer.
How do I register as a professional?
Go to the registration page and complete the form with your personal details, your business details (trade name, address, tax ID), and your tax information. We’ll review your request and confirm your access.
How long does account approval take?
We review requests within 24 to 48 business hours. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your account is approved and you can access wholesale prices.
Orders and shipping
How long does shipping take?
We ship within 24–48 business hours throughout mainland Spain. For the Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, delivery times may vary between 3 and 7 business days.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, the minimum order is €150 (excluding VAT). This amount lets us optimize shipping costs and offer you the best wholesale prices.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. For mainland Spain, shipping is free on orders over €400, and for the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and the rest of the European Union, on orders over €600. Always based on the taxable amount.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Spain (mainland, Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Portugal, Andorra, and the rest of the European Union, as well as the USA, Canada, and Australia. If you have a store in another country, contact us at mayoristas@munira.net and we’ll look into shipping options.
Payments and invoicing
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices shown on the site are wholesale prices excluding tax (21% VAT not included). The MSRP shown next to each product is the Recommended Retail Price, and that one does include VAT: it’s a reference for setting the price in your store. If your business is subject to the equivalence surcharge (recargo de equivalencia), the corresponding 5.2% will be added to the invoice.
What payment methods do you accept?
Once you place your order, we’ll send you the invoice with the total so you can pay before shipping.
Do you accept payment at 30 or 60 days?
For new customers, payment is made before shipping (proforma). Once a business relationship is established, we can offer payment terms of 30 days on orders over €500 and 30–60 days on orders over €1,000 (always based on the taxable amount).
What is the equivalence surcharge?
The equivalence surcharge (recargo de equivalencia) is a special Spanish tax regime for retail merchants who are not required to file VAT returns. If your business falls under this regime, indicate it during registration and we’ll automatically apply the corresponding surcharge on your invoices (an additional 5.2% on the taxable amount at 21%).
Returns
Can I return an order?
As these are business-to-business sales, the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. However, as a courtesy we accept returns within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided the items are in their original condition, unused, and with intact packaging. Who pays the return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product has a manufacturing defect or the wrong item was sent. In those cases, we cover the return shipping.
How long do refunds take?
Once the returned goods are received and verified, we process the refund within a maximum of 7 business days. The amount is credited using the same payment method used for the purchase.
