We prepare orders within 24–48 business hours of confirmation. Transport to mainland Spain usually takes an additional 1–2 business days depending on the destination.

Tracking
When your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number so you can locate your package at any time.
Receiving your order
Check the package on arrival. If you notice any issue (damage, missing items, errors), report it within 7 business days to mayoristas@munira.net and we’ll resolve it.
Returns
As these are business-to-business sales, the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. However, we handle any manufacturing defect or shipping error at no cost to you.
To process it, email us at mayoristas@munira.net within 7 business days of receipt, including your order number and, if applicable, photos of the product. Once the issue is validated, we’ll tell you how to proceed and resolve it with a replacement or a refund.
