What is the minimum order as a wholesale gift buyer?

It is €150 per order, with no minimum per model. You can mix scarves, hand fans, leather goods and jewellery as you like to reach that amount; only some references require 3 units, and their product page says so. That way a gift shop can try several product families in its first order, see what works with its customers and then restock only what sells.

Are you manufacturers or suppliers for gift shops?

We are manufacturers and designers. We started in 1990 as a leather craft workshop in the Alpujarra (Granada), now run by the second generation. Our leather goods are made in Ubrique (Cádiz) and our silk hand fans in workshops in Valencia; the scarves and jewellery are our own designs. We sell directly to shops, with no middlemen, so we control the finish, lead times and restocking.

What kinds of stores work with you?

Gift and craft shops, concept stores, museum shops, cultural bookshops and tourist-destination stores, in Spain and across Europe. What they share is that they look for gifts with identity: our own designs inspired by Al-Andalus, art and the Mediterranean, which you will not find at any wholesaler, each with a recommended retail price so you can work out your margin from day one.

How long does professional registration approval take?

Between 24 and 48 working hours. You fill in the registration form with your company details (company name, VAT number and contact), we check that you are a shop or retailer and we email you when the account is active. From then on you see wholesale prices and the recommended retail price of every piece, and you can place your first order.

Do you ship throughout Spain and Europe?

Yes. We prepare orders within 24-48 working hours. Shipping to the rest of the European Union costs €15, free from €400, with delivery in 3-6 days. Mainland Spain: €6, free from €400, 1-2 extra working days. Balearic Islands: €8.30 (free from €600). Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €18. The exact cost is calculated at checkout based on weight.

Can I order custom gift items with my own brand?

Yes. We design scarves, hand fans, bookmarks and leather goods with your brand or with motifs from your city or museum, from 50 units per reference. If you already have an image we adapt it; if not, we design it with you, and we can also develop a piece from scratch. Lead time is about 4-6 weeks from design approval. See custom products.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer against delivery note. We require advance payment for first orders; 30-day terms from your second order onward.
