We prepare orders within 24-48 working hours from confirmation. Transport to mainland Spain usually takes an additional 1-2 working days depending on the destination.

Tracking
When your order leaves our warehouse, you receive an email with the tracking number to locate the parcel at any time.
Receiving your order
Check the parcel when you receive it. If you spot any issue (damage, missing item, error), report it within 7 working days to mayoristas@munira.net and we'll resolve it.
Returns
As these are sales between professionals, the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. However, we handle at no cost any manufacturing defect or shipping error.
To process it, write to us at mayoristas@munira.net within the 7 working days following receipt, stating your order number and, where applicable, photos of the product. Once the issue is validated, we tell you how to proceed and resolve it by replacement or refund.
