Order preparation times

As long as the product is in stock, we try to send orders the same day or within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving the order. This estimate is valid for orders placed before 12 p.m. (for shipment to Mainland Spain).

If we receive your order on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, we will prepare it to be ready the next business day. 

Shipping times

Your order will be delivered within 24 to 72 hours during business days and within Mainland Spain.

For shipments to Spain, the courier company responsible for the distribution and transport of all our orders is Nacex, although we also work with other companies.

If you wish to make a change to the delivery address after placing the order, it is essential that you notify us as soon as possible. Once the package has been dispatched, no address changes will be possible. If you want delivery to a different address after the order has been sent, there will be a surcharge equivalent to the shipping cost.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

The courier makes two delivery attempts at the indicated address. If no one is home, they will contact you to arrange a second delivery or you can pick up your package at your corresponding branch within ten days.

Extra costs arising from possible errors by the buyer when providing the delivery address will be charged to the buyer.

To avoid delivery issues, please make sure that the address you provide when placing your order is correct and complete (street number, floor, unit, postal code, etc.) and that someone is usually available to receive the package during business hours (if your schedules are complicated, we can send it to your work or to a family member's or friend's house). Don't forget to give us your phone number.
