Deadlines
You have 14 calendar days from the moment you receive your order to make any changes or returns.
In what cases can I change or return products?
- I received a product in poor condition: In that case, we will take care of the collection and replacement of the defective product.
- I chose the wrong model and would like to change it: In this case, the customer will bear the costs of the change, either through their own courier company, or by arranging collection and shipping with us for a cost of €8 per trip.
How do I proceed to make a change or return?
Write us an email to mayoristas@munira.net letting us know your intention to change or return an item and we will tell you how to proceed, or contact your assigned sales representative. Normally, the process is as follows:
Request the change or return by email within no more than 14 calendar days following the product delivery date. To help us continue improving, we appreciate it if you let us know the reason for the return. If you request a change, you must indicate the model you wish to exchange it for.
For changes or returns, items must be sent:
In their original condition (including tags and packaging), along with any accessories related to them, and in conditions that demonstrate that the product has not been used, washed, or damaged.
In case of changes
Once your change is approved by our Customer Service team, you must send it by depositing it at your nearest office or delivery point of our courier service. If you are unable to deposit the package, we offer an express change service through which we will collect your shipment with our transport company at the address and time you indicate for an additional cost (from €8). (Valid for Mainland Spain).
In some cases we will not need to review the product and we will send you the new item in a return service, in which the courier will deliver the new product and collect the product you want to change. It is important that you have the product you want to change ready. If you do not hand over the item you want to change, the courier will not be able to deliver the new item to you.
In case of returns
After approving the return, you must send the product to the indicated address by depositing it at your nearest office or delivery point of our courier service. If you are unable to deposit the package, we offer an express return service through which we will collect your shipment with our transport company at the address and time you indicate for an additional cost (from €8). This amount will be deducted from your return refund. (Valid for Mainland Spain).
Once received at our facilities, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to your account within 2-3 business days. You will receive the amount in the same way you placed the order.
Hamzah will not be responsible for any loss that the package may have suffered during shipping, and it will be the customer's responsibility to ensure that said package arrives at our facilities in perfect condition.
Important note: Until we receive the item in our warehouse, it is under your responsibility.
Warranty
All items on the website have a 3-month warranty from the order delivery date. The warranty will only apply in cases where there is a manufacturing defect, and the damage has not been caused by misuse. Advice
It is important that you check the merchandise and products when you receive the shipment to verify that the products are not damaged and are correct. If your product suffers damage during transport, whether visible or hidden damage, you must report it to the transport company as soon as possible. If upon receiving your product you notice that it is damaged or does not match the one you had ordered, you must contact us within a maximum of 30 days from the product delivery date.
All complaints must be directed to our customer service. Provide us with your order number and the reason for your complaint and we will contact you as soon as possible with instructions on how to return the item.
